Mastermind Agreement Terms & Conditions

This Mastermind Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your membership in Zenith Mastermind ("Mastermind"). By becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms set forth herein.

Mission and Purpose:

Zenith Mastermind's mission is to help you achieve remarkable success by creating a comprehensive plan to better yourself, your family, and your business. We are committed to building real and meaningful connections through immersive mentorship

experiences with Utah's top business leaders.

Focus Areas:
Zenith Mastermind is designed to address the essential aspects of life, including faith, family, finance, fitness, fun, and fulfillment. We understand the interconnectedness of these areas and aim to provide you with strategies and guidance to achieve balance and success in each of them.

As a member of Zenith Mastermind, you will have access to exclusive benefits, including:

Member Responsibilities:
As a member of Zenith Mastermind, you agree to:

Respect and Non-Judgment: Members of the group must respect each other's opinions, beliefs, and values. There should be no judgment or criticism of others, and everyone should be encouraged to express their thoughts without fear of retribution or ridicule.

Confidentiality: Everything that is discussed in the mastermind group should remain confidential. Members should not share any information or personal details about others outside of the group.

No Solicitation: Members should not use the group as a platform to push their products or services on others. The focus of the group should be on sharing knowledge, experience, and ideas to help each other succeed.

Time Management: All members should respect each other's time and commit to attending all meetings. Late arrivals and early departures can be disruptive to the flow of the discussion and should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.

Constructive Feedback: Members should be encouraged to give and receive constructive feedback. Criticism should be focused on ideas and suggestions rather than individuals.

Diversity and Inclusion: The group should be welcoming to all individuals regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or political beliefs.

Open-Mindedness: Members should be open-minded and willing to consider different perspectives and ideas. The group should be a safe space where members can challenge their assumptions and beliefs.

Accountability: Members should hold themselves and others accountable for their actions and commitments. This includes showing up to meetings, following through on action items, and being honest and transparent with the group.

Photography and Videography Release:
By participating in Zenith Mastermind events and activities, you grant Zenith Mastermind and its representatives the right to take photographs and videos of you during these events. You authorize Zenith Mastermind to use and publish these photographs and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and marketing materials. You release Zenith Mastermind from any liability arising out of the use of these photographs and videos.

Billing Information:
A late fee of 5% per month will be assessed on all past-due accounts. An account is considered past due if not paid within 30 days from the original invoice date. Should collection become necessary, the undersigned and the business identified above, hereafter referred to as Company, hereby expressly agree to pay all costs of collection, including an additional 35%, whether or not the account is turned over to an outside collection agency. Company also agrees to pay all court costs and attorney fees should legal action become necessary.

Agreement:
This agreement is made by and between Zenith Mastermind—an entity with offices at [Office Address]—and the Company identified on the order form. The purpose of this agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions for the use of Zenith Mastermind products and services. The undersigned understands that they are bound by the terms and conditions applicable to each purchased product and service. The duration of this agreement shall extend for one year from the printed date above.

This agreement shall automatically renew unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term or renewal period.

By agreeing to this Agreement or accessing the benefits of Zenith Mastermind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
