Bob Howard is the retiring Executive Vice President of one of the nation’s top five insurance brokerage firms, bringing to a close a remarkable 30-year career in the healthcare industry. His professional journey began in the soft drink industry, where he spent a decade with Pepsi-Cola honing his skills in sales, leadership, and relationship-building.
Throughout his career, Bob has had the privilege of connecting with executives and professionals from all walks of life. He often reflects that the greatest blessing of his work has been the countless doors it opened—to inspiring leaders, compassionate human beings, and lifelong friends.
Bob and his wife, Karrie—his soulmate and true north—have been married for over 20 years. Together they’ve built a beautiful life surrounded by six adult children and ten grandchildren, with one more joining the family in 2026. They make their home in Daybreak, Utah, where they’re part of a warm, caring community.
A proud Christian and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Bob’s guiding purpose is simple yet profound: to serve God, nurture his marriage, love his family, and contribute to the community around him.

For our second speraker series guest of 2026, we are please and excited to annouce Stan Padgett.
Stan is also a relationship coach who has been married to his high school sweetheart for 49 years, has 3 children, 14 grandchildren, and has written a book called “UnVeiled: Secrets to a Marriage that Lasts Forever.” He also built a relationship course called “The Diamond Relationship Formula” because diamonds are forever and marriages should be too.

Dinner Speaker Series: Tamara Fackrell

Tamara A. Fackrell, a seasoned attorney-mediator with over 25 years of experience, is a law partner at Fackrell & McLean Law and holds a Ph.D. in Marriage, Family, and Human Development, specializing in marriage, divorce, and children of divorce. Since 1998, she has been a practicing attorney and a prominent figure in conflict resolution, serving as a keynote speaker at numerous international and national conferences. Tamara was a law professor at J. Reuben Clark Law School for 14 years and has authored over 25 books, including a guide for divorcing couples used by the Utah Commission on Marriage, where she currently serves.
Her extensive contributions include developing mediation programs at Utah Valley University, Brigham Young University, and J. Reuben Clark Law School, as well as initiating the Victim Offender Mediation Program in the Fourth District Juvenile Court. She has trained mediators for the State of Utah since 1999 and served on the Founding Board of the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution. Tamara’s Character Education Heroes Book Series teaches children communication styles and problem-solving skills. Recognized with awards like Utah’s Top Attorney Legal Elite (2016, 2022) and Philanthropist of the Year (2011), she enjoys traveling, Ragnar races, and composing music.
FRIENDSGIVING: Dinner and Show

Celebrate the spirit of togetherness at our FRIENDSGIVING Talent Show and Dinner on November 19th, hosted at the enchanting Hale Centre Theatre Fireplace Lounge on the mezzanine. From 5:30 pm to 10 pm, we invite you to join us for an evening of warmth, camaraderie, and inspiration, exclusively for Zenith Mastermind members.
This intimate gathering is limited to just 90 guests, ensuring a close-knit atmosphere where you can connect and share with fellow achievers. As the holiday season approaches, FRIENDSGIVING sets the perfect tone for giving, learning, and cherishing meaningful moments.
The Dinner and socializing portion of the event will be 5:30 - 7:20pm. Following the dinner, an optional add-on of $80 per person will commence a viewing of the play "Frozen" by the Hale Center Theater Cast and Crew.
